International Institute Of Marine Surveying, India Branch, is organising a members seminar and meet on 13th March 2015.
The venue of the seminar is the Killachand Hall, Indian Merchants Chamber Beside Churchgate Station, Mumbai. The meeting is being held from 1400 hrs to 1600 hrs and is FREE to attend.
The main topic for discussion is: What are the implications of the phrase “WITHOUT PREJUDICE’ in way of the Law when put in the Survey Report by a Marine Surveyor.
