After many years of holding this event at the Port of Palma, this year we have a new meeting destination.

This event takes place at Escuela de Mar, Avenue Gabriel Roca 38, 07014, Palma de Mallorca, ISLAS BALEARES.

Day one: Thursday 1 May 2025

0930 – 1020 Update on IIMS activities and initiatives by Mike Schwarz, IIMS CEO

1020 – 1130 Various insurance concerns and lessons learned by Karen Brain, Matrix Insurance

1130 – 1145 Coffee break

1145 – 1300 The survey process from start to finish by Roland Perry, Baseline Yachts

1300 – 1430 Lunch

1430 – 1530 Debate on Terminology & Nomenclature (to be confirmed)

1530 – 1630 Large and superyacht valuations by Phil Duffy

Day two: Friday 2 May 2025

0930 – 1200 Metalnox facility site visit. Metalnox is a company that specialises in marine metals and engineering, as well as the maintenance, revision, replacement and alignment of the propulsion line

1200 – 1330 Lunch

1330 – 1415 Insurance Clamins Handling by Antony Vachell-James, MAC Marine Claims

1415 – 1530 Classic wooden yacht surveys by Tim Rowe, Middle Sea Yacht Surveys
