There is no London Conference planned for 2018, but IIMS is bound by its Constitution to hold an Annual General Meeting for its members. For the convenience of those wishing to fly into the UK, it has been decided to hold the AGM at a hotel adjacent to Heathrow Airport.
The date is 26 June 2018 and the meeting will be held from 13.00 to 15.00. Tea and coffee only will be available on arrival. There is no requirement to pre-register for the Annual General Meeting if you plan to attend in person and there is no cost. The agenda, procedure for postal and proxy votes and various Directors’ reports will be made available to members to view and read one month prior to the meeting.

Members are welcome to attend in person, but for the first time, the Annual General Meeting will also be broadcast live via Zoom.
