Your host and presenter for this seminar is Mike Schwarz, IIMS Chief Executive Officer. Mike has been in business management roles for well over 35 years. He has run his own small business as well as having managed organisations at Managing Director level with 100 plus staff and multi million pound turnovers. As well as writing an IIMS handy guide on the subject, Mike has developed a series of short business management presentations on a range of core business activities – all with the aim of helping the surveyor with some of those more confusing areas!

Mike will share 19 thought provoking ‘smart tips’ that he hopes will help you to become a more focused and successful business person
